研究兴趣1:天然药物生物智造

采用合成生物学技术和工程化理念,设计并建立目标天然药物人工合成途径,阐明天然药物生物合成机理机制,实现天然药物高效生物制造。主要研究内容包括:1. 微生物细胞工厂重构;2. 代谢网络解析与重构;3. 生物制造过程的强化。


研究兴趣2:天然抗肿瘤新药创制

将现代生命科学技术融会贯通于传统中药研究中,创制结构新颖和活性独特的抗肿瘤新药。主要研究内容包括:1. 天然药物分子结构设计;2. 天然药物分子结构修饰;3. 有效性与安全性的评价;4. 抗肿瘤活性与毒性机制。
