研究方向

以微生物化学创新药物研发与仿生人工智能为导向,在有机化学、药物化学和化学生物学领域开展前沿基础和应用研究。近期的主要研究方向包括:

1. 有机合成方法学的开发,致力于碳碳键和碳杂键的高效构筑,特别关注化学反应的原子经济性和绿色环保性,以及在此过程中的立体选择性控制;

2. 微生物创新药物研发,利用合成生物学和合成方法学手段,完成具有重要生理活性天然产物的合成与修饰,以及后期的构效关系和生物机制研究,从而为创新药物研发提供理论依据和化学实体;药物合成工艺开发,利用所发展的合成方法学和合成生物学策略,实现抗肿瘤、抗病毒等药物分子的合成工艺改进,以提高合成效率,降低生产成本,减少废物排放,进而实现技术成果转化;

3. 仿生人工智能材料的设计、组装与应用。
